Cyberpunk 2077 Night City Wire live has been delayed due to protests in the United States
CD Projekt RED Studio reported this on the official Twitter of Cyberpunk 2077, saying that more important things are happening now and they want them to be heard.
The developers added that they are sincerely against racism, intolerance and violence. Black Lives Matter.
We decided to move Night City Wire to Jun 25th. We still look forward to sharing new information about CP’77, but more important discussions are happening right now and we want them to be heard. We wholeheartedly stand against racism, intolerance and violence. Black Lives Matter.
The event was scheduled for June 11, but was moved two weeks ahead — on June 25.
CD Projekt RED and IGN are the latest companies to postpone events scheduled for this week. A few days ago, Sony postponed the PlayStation 5 games presentation, saying that it wants to give the opportunity to hear more important voices.
